We currently process all of our steer here.  This is where you will need to pick up your freezer beef after it is processed.

Calling the butcher to specify how you want your quarter processed.

If you have not already given us your processing instructions you will need to call the butcher the same week that we deliver the steer to let him know how you want it processed.  You can either order one of our standard processing options or just order the cuts that you want by talking with the butcher.  You can specify the types of cuts you want as well as how thick the cuts should be and how many of each cut you want in each package.  They can assist you in choosing your cuts. 

Picking up the Processed Meat

Once processed you will need to pickup your meat.  Each package will be frozen and vacuum sealed in clear plastic.  One quarter will fill up approximately a little under three coolers.
